I’ve been working with the organisation full-time for more than 3 years. You have access to a very experienced clinical management team, who are visible and supportive. The company’s expectations are high but will help you achieve.

I have loved every minute of being at Pinetree Court. I feel as though I have become part of a great team and that I have been accepted as part of the family by both staff and service users.

I have been working here full-time for more than 8 years. The Senior Management care about the individuals in their service and ensure standards are audited regularly to ensure optimum care levels are provided. Patients can be challenging, but rewards are significant.

As a newly qualified nurse I’ve been supported really, really well by my manager and progressed to senior staff nurse within a year of qualifying. The staff team here are amazing, I can’t fault them. They’d do anything for anyone.

I’ve had constant support, positive support, and I know I wouldn’t have had this sort of support in another organisation. Because you’re working in such confident and comfortable teams the shifts just fly by.

I’ve worked for many companies in health care and nursing roles, I have worked the organisation and cannot ever fault them as an employer or a company providing an outstanding service. I’d go back to work with them any day if the opportunity arose.
