Our Support Workers are an essential part of Iris Care Group’s mission to redefine care and improve lives, delivering outstanding care and support throughout our services.
Working alongside experienced nurses, therapists, lecturers and healthcare professionals, our Support Workers build meaningful relationships with the people we support and celebrate every milestone with them – whether that’s learning a new skill, gaining confidence, becoming more independent or simply having a great day.

Where could you work?
Across our hospitals, residential homes, supported living services, nursing service and specialist college throughout South Wales and South West England, every setting offers something different.
Our specialist hospitals support adults with mental health, neuropsychiatric and learning disability needs. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help people on their recovery journey whilst working alongside experienced clinical professionals.
Our residential and supported living services are community-based environments where you’ll support people to develop their independence. Whether that’s cooking a meal, going shopping, learning life skills or enjoying activities in the local community.
At Beechwood College our specialist further education college for young adults, you’ll support students throughout their day, helping them access learning opportunities, develop confidence and enjoy social activities, from sports and swimming to movie nights and community trips.
No matter where you work, you’ll become part of a close-knit team that supports one another and shares the same goal: helping people live fuller, happier and more independent lives.
