I have been working here full-time for more than 8 years. The Senior Management care about the individuals in their service and ensure standards are audited regularly to ensure optimum care levels are provided. Patients can be challenging, but rewards are significant.

I’ve been here for ages. What’s kept me here are the great people and the variety of projects I get to work on. No day is ever the same.

It’s really nice to build a relationship with the service users and build trust with each other. It’s a two-way thing and its lovely when you get to that point. They’re all incredible and I love seeing them reaching goals, trying new things and having their independence, as well as receiving support.

People here are lovely. We don’t get to see the service users too often, but when they pop-in for events or for meetings at Head Office it’s great to witness how much each of them has progressed over time.

As a newly qualified nurse I’ve been supported really, really well by my manager and progressed to senior staff nurse within a year of qualifying. The staff team here are amazing, I can’t fault them. They’d do anything for anyone.

I have been made very welcome at Heatherwood Court Hospital since starting here. The teams on the wards are skilled and enthusiastic about the quality of patient care. The care can at times be challenging but the teams on the wards are skilled and proficient in managing this really well.

I’ve had constant support, positive support, and I know I wouldn’t have had this sort of support in another organisation. Because you’re working in such confident and comfortable teams the shifts just fly by.

I feel happy to work in a place where my work can teach someone new skills that help them to cope with their emotions and improve their quality of life!

I’ve worked for many companies in health care and nursing roles, I have worked the organisation and cannot ever fault them as an employer or a company providing an outstanding service. I’d go back to work with them any day if the opportunity arose.

I absolutely have no qualms in recommending the organisation to people, I now work in the NHS but always speak so highly and always recommend both you as an employer and as a service provider.
