Support Worker – Windsor Road

Windsor Road is Support Workers. Windsor Road caters for both young men and women who are diagnosed with mental health disorders and learning difficulties.
You will be part of a small, friendly team, assigned specifically to the home, which aims to improve the lives, self-esteem, and independence of all the service users in their care.
To be considered for this role, experience of working in a similar role in in the care is essential

All staff who work in a service that is registered with Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) will be required to register with Social Care Wales from 1st October 2022. You must also be prepared to work towards/undertake the necessary qualifications to meet the requirements to register.
